Ingredients:
- 4 (6-oz.) salmon fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Fresh dill, to taste
- 4 lemon slices
To Prepare:
- Preheat oven to 425º.
- Place salmon fillets on an aluminum foil-lined pan, and season with sprinkle with salt, pepper and fresh dill. Place lemon slices on each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until fish flakes with a fork.
- For a quick side dish, serve with basmati rice, seasoned with fresh mint, parsley, salt and pepper.
