You can return to normal activities immediately, though we recommend avoiding strenuous exercise or lying down for 4 hours post-treatment to prevent product migration. Additionally, please wait two full weeks before scheduling any other facial treatments (such as massages, facials, or lasers) to allow the product to settle perfectly.
