Spa Etiquette

Walk through our doors and let the stress of your day dissolve. The word “amenity” comes from the Latin word “amoenus,” meaning “pleasant” or “delightful.” Amenity Day Spa has expanded on this meaning by creating a very special getaway that will leave you looking and feeling your absolute best! Allow yourself to retreat into a luxurious world of relaxation and rejuvenation like no other! Just sit back, relax and enjoy the escape.

APPOINTMENTS

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that you may relax and receive your full service. If you are delayed in your arrival, your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not delayed. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment, potentially reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Please understand that we must charge for the full amount of time booked in advance. Appointments must be secured with a credit card or by paying in advance. To ensure the widest selection of appointment times and therapists/technicians, we recommend scheduling your next service prior to leaving the spa.

ATTIRE

Robes, slippers, disposable undergarments, and towels are provided. For spa services, professional draping techniques are always practiced for a comfortable and discreet experience.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS

We understand that your schedule may change. Should a cancellation or date change become necessary, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice on appointments booked for Monday through Thursday or 48 hours notice for appointments booked for Friday through Sunday, to allow us the opportunity to rebook the spa’s time. Please note that anyone that has 2 or more services booked (or appointments that last 2+ hours) will need to cancel 72 hours in advance. Please understand that failure to provide the required notice of cancellation will result in full charges for the time and services booked. Please be advised this may apply to services booked the same day.

PRODUCT RETURN

Within 14 days of purchase, we will gladly exchange your product purchase or issue spa credit toward your next product or service purchase. No exchanges of any kind are allowed on Obagi and Skinaide products.  Refunds cannot be provided for gift cards or prepaid/package services.

FOR YOUR COMFORT

Complimentary water, coffee, tea, fruit juices, champagne, mimosas and wine are available during your service. Limit of 2 alcoholic drinks per person. A light lunch may be added to any of your services for a nominal charge. We provide personal lockers and private changing rooms. We recommend that you visit our spa dressed comfortably, and that you leave all jewelry and other valuables at home, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. For the most relaxing experience we do not allow the use of electronics in the spa. Please silence your phones. Children who are not receiving spa services at the spa will not be allowed past the lobby. In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, we sanitize and sterilize all equipment for each service and treatment. To protect our environment, as well as your health and beauty, our spa is smoke-free.
