Being early for your appointment is greatly appreciated
so that you may receive your full service. Unfortunately,
it is necessary to charge late arrivals for the full
amount of the service. We require that all spa services be secured with a credit card or gift card. If you
choose not to use a credit card or gift card to secure your appointment, you may pay in advance with cash or personal check.
To ensure you get an appointment when you want and
with whom you want, we recommend you schedule your
next service prior to leaving the spa.
If you feel you would be more comfortable or better
served by another staff member, please let us know.
Robes, socks, disposable undergarments, and towels
will be provided. For spa services, professional
draping techniques are always practiced.
When you arrive
For the comfort of our other patrons, we ask that you turn off your cell phone
upon check-in at the front desk.
Sorry, but we do not allow children in the spa unless they are receiving
services. Any clients under the age of 18 will need to have a parent or
guardian present during their services.
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we require a minimum of a 24-hour notice to cancel any single service or weekday appointment. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for any multiple services, spa packages or weekend appointments. Failure to give the required notice of cancellation will result in charges for the service time reserved.
Tipping is always left to the discretion of our guests. Unless noted, gift
cards for package days do not include gratuities. We are not able to add
gratuities to your charge card or check. If you would like, you are more than
welcome to leave a personal check or cash for your gratuities.
For Your Comfort
Complimentary spring water, fruit juices, iced tea,
lemonade, coffee, tea, and wine will be available
during your stay. A light lunch may be added to any of
your services for a $15 charge.
Please make use of your personal locker and private
changing room while at our facility.
In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety,
and hygiene, we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all
services and treatments.
Because we are concerned about your health and
beauty as well as our environment, our spa is smoke-free.
For your children’s safety, we cannot permit children
under age 10 into the spa on normal scheduled days
Product Return Policy
Within 14 days of purchase, we will gladly exchange your product purchase or issue spa credit toward your next product or service purchase. Exceptions: Make-up purchases may only be returned within 14 days of the purchase date AND if they are unopened and unused. No returns are allowed on Obagi products.
